This website showcases photography by Madelyn’s Media and provides information about available services. Please use it lawfully and avoid activities that interfere with its operation or compromise another person’s information. Photographs, original writing, and branding belong to Madelyn’s Media or their respective rights holders. Except where permitted by law or a written license, these materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to promote another business without permission.
Planning and reserving your session
Contact Madelyn’s Media for session options, availability, and pricing. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. Your photography agreement will explain how to confirm your booking, including any required retainer, payment deadlines, and refund conditions. If these website policies conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls your session.
Changes to your plans
Please contact Madelyn’s Media promptly if you need to cancel or request another date. Rescheduling depends on availability and the terms of your photography agreement. If weather makes an outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable, Madelyn’s Media will contact you to discuss another date or an alternative arrangement.
Receiving your photographs
Your agreement or booking confirmation will identify the delivery method, expected turnaround time, and included images. Sessions include finished, edited photographs. RAW files and unedited images are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Using your finished images
Unless a written agreement provides otherwise, Madelyn’s Media retains copyright in the photographs it creates. Purchasing a session does not transfer copyright. Your agreement specifies the personal or commercial uses included with your images. Downloads from a client gallery are permitted when included in that license. Unless your license expressly allows it, obtain written permission before applying filters or making other edits; selling, sublicensing, or distributing images for another party’s use; submitting images to publications or competitions; or using photographs beyond the purposes covered by your agreement.
Permission to feature your photographs
Permission to use client photographs in a portfolio, on social media, or in advertising will be addressed in a separate model release or an express provision of the photography agreement. Submitting an inquiry or visiting this website does not grant permission to use your likeness. A parent or legal guardian must provide any required permission for a minor. Please discuss privacy preferences before your session so they can be documented.
Unexpected interruptions
If illness, equipment problems, file loss, or another unforeseen event prevents completion of the agreed services, Madelyn’s Media will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution. Any provisions concerning reshoots, refunds, or limits on liability will appear in the signed photography agreement and remain subject to applicable law. These website policies do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Other websites and service providers
This website may link to Instagram, client galleries, payment services, or other external platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before providing information or completing a transaction.
Policy revisions and questions
Changes to these website terms will be posted here with a revised date. An update does not automatically change an existing signed photography agreement. For questions, email madelyn@madelynsmediaphotography.com.

Information you choose to share
The booking inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. It does not submit or store your inquiry on this website. Information is shared with Madelyn’s Media when you send the email. This website does not accept payments. When you contact Madelyn’s Media, you may provide your name, contact details, preferred date, session preferences, and information in your messages. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or booking. Do not include payment card details in an inquiry or email.
Why your information is used
Information provided during an inquiry or booking is used to respond to you, plan your session, administer your agreement, communicate about payments, and deliver photographs. This website does not currently offer a promotional email subscription.
Providers involved in your session
Depending on the services used for your booking, relevant information may be handled by website hosting, communication, gallery delivery, or payment providers. Madelyn’s Media does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
Website activity
Website hosting services may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, and request logs, to operate and protect the site. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics added by Madelyn’s Media. Hosting and access services may use cookies for security or access functions.
